Retail Management Qualifications:
Must be sales and service focused. Selling is our #1 priority.
Retail Managers are responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store
Demonstrates knowledge of store products and uses this knowledge to build sales.
Practices suggestive selling, offering every guest related items in order to build multiple sales.
Protects company assets and physical inventory.
Leads by example and maintains the highest standards of integrity.
Assists in merchandising the store following the company guidelines and Supervisor's instructions.
Maintains merchandise displays.
Follows all Company policies and procedures.
Responsible for opening and closing store procedures
Creates weekly staff schedules within the guidelines given by corporate office.
Responsible for cash handling procedures including, but not limited to, preparing and dropping bank deposits
Complies with corporate Loss Prevention and Human Resources policies and procedures
• Lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
• Frequent kneeling, bending and stooping
• Climb ladders
• Standing throughout entire shift
